1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened, or defective items.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@tagpal.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, we’ll gladly replace it.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used health and beauty products cannot be returned unless defective.
